RS Group is a full liability partnership established by and between two research institutions – the Latvia marketing research agency FACTUM  and the Foundation Baltic Institute of Social Sciences.

 

Both institutions, being legally and financially independent entities, conduct their operations in close cooperation, share their office premises and administrative resources, and technical and fieldwork facilities as well.

 

FACTUM (former name "Market Lab") was founded in 2004 when a group of experienced research project managers and senior research specialists have decided to establish a new research agency.

 

Baltic Institute of Social Sciences started its' activities in mid 90-ies and in 2004 was re-registered as foundation (founded by the holding company “RIX Ventures”) which holds the status of a non-for-profit organisation.

 

Acting as umbrella of two research entities RS Group provides full range of quantitative and qualitative research both to the commercial sector and to the public sector clients. Majority of research staff are highly qualified researchers with many years experience in research field, many of them have started their professional carrier already in early 90-ies.
